Our mission is to
Bring the LUV of Jesus to orphans around the world
We do this by partnering with communities around the world. We work in impoverished areas to provide an orphan’s six basic needs (clean water, proper food, healthcare, education, job skills, and a Christ-centered loving home) and to see hope returned to children, families, and communities across nations.
How we got started
Mike and Mandy Reiszner, the founders of Coreluv International, have dedicated their lives to ministry. After completing their Bible school training, while still in their early twenties, they served as missionaries with an inner-city ministry in Houston’s Fourth Ward. There, they ministered to some of the poorest people in the city. For 10 years after, Mike and Mandy served as youth pastors discipling young men and women to pursue a personal and meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. Mike and Mandy built a youth ministry that was exciting and relevant while always staying true to biblical principles.
In 2009, God began stirring in Mike’s and Mandy’s hearts a deep compassion for orphans, and that is when Coreluv International was born. Almost immediately, Mike and Mandy began scheduling Christian concerts to raise money for an orphanage in Africa. It was a surprise to many of their friends when in 2011, Mike walked away from the American ministry ideal (a secure position in a vibrant and growing church) to follow God’s inner stirring to defend the orphan on a full-time basis.
Since June 2011, Coreluv International has grown from an idea to a nationally recognized non-profit organization that provides life-saving care to orphans around the world. Mike and Mandy are living their dream with their three children, John-Michael, Bethany, and Christian, and will soon be adding Mylove, a Haitian orphan they are adopting.
