Adeline was orphaned when her father passed away. She contracted typhoid, and her mother was unable to provide her the care she needed. Since being brought to Coreluv, she is receiving her needs and growing up in a Christ-centered, loving home.
Though she tends to shy away from people initially, she soon warms up and reveals her big personality to all who know her. She likes to read at school and likes to tell jokes at home. Her favorite subject in school is French because “it is beautiful when you speak it.”
Adeline is in Coreluv’s Transition Program. Her dream is to be a nurse one day. She is enrolled in trade school, and is learning sewing skills, which can be used in many occupations in Haiti.
She is requesting prayer for more kindness, strength, and patience and to have more intelligence in school. Please join us in prayer for this young woman, that she will grow in grace and walk in the paths God has prepared for her.
