Her First Real Home
Sara Rose's story of rescue, healing, and belonging.
When we first learned about Sara Rose, she had already endured more hardship than any child ever should.
Abandoned at the hospital shortly after birth, she was taken to a struggling orphanage where, for three years, she received almost no nutrition, no medical care, and no one who truly knew her.
By the time she was found, she was severely malnourished — fragile, silent, and fighting simply to survive.
But God saw her.
And He invited us, our caregivers, our global staff, and friends like you, to step into her story.
When Sara Rose came into Coreluv’s care at the Myan Children’s Village, everything began to change. Our mamas held her. Our nurses tended to her. She received food, therapy, and continuous love spoken over her in Jesus’ name.
Slowly, she is beginning to heal.
She is smiling.
She is speaking.
And now, for the first time, she is preparing to move into her own home at Coreluv’s Special Needs Village in Haiti — a safe, dignifying, forever home built for children like her.
