Transition Program
Help the next generation of christian leaders transition to adulthood
About the Transition Program
TRANSITION
As our children age into adulthood, we create a customized plan to equip them to be Christian leaders in their generation. This includes three areas: spiritual development, higher education and job skills, and life skills. We employ mentors, resident advisors, and house parents to invest in our young adults.
LAUNCH
At the completion of the transition program, many young adults will support Coreluv through business services, employment, and mentoring. With each young adult launched, space is made to rescue another orphaned child in need of care. Over time, the circle of influence grows bigger, with a greater impact on the local community, and the country of Haiti as a whole.

Transition Housing
As our young adults turn 18, they move into a girls or boys transition home, along with a resident advisor and house parents. There, they continue their education and trade school training, learn life skills, and continue their spiritual development.
Transition Youth
Coreluv’s Transition Program begins long before our young adults move into transition housing. The transition program officially begins at age 15, when we begin creating a customized plan for each young adult based on their aptitude, interests, and personality.
